WASHINGTON -- The real story of the Senate's political fund-raising hearings is ``insider trading,'' not campaign finance reform, Sen. Bob Bennett, R-Utah, said Saturday.

Asian businessman John Huang, a central figure in the investigation, used his position as deputy assistant secretary at the Commerce Department to try to influence world trade negotiations, Bennett said in the GOP's weekend radio address.
