Shares of Camelot Information Systems are falling in their market debut.
The Chinese software services company priced shares at $11 apiece, at the bottom of the expected range. Shares opened on the New York Stock Exchange at $10.10 Wednesday and are falling 10 cents to $10.90 in morning trading.
Camelot raised about $147 million in its initial public offering. The Beijing company and its shareholders sold 13.3 American depositary shares, each representing four ordinary shares. The expected range was $11 to $13 each.
Shares of Camelot Information Systems Inc., which provides software support and consulting for the financial sector in China, are trading under the symbol "CIS."
